Let’s get one straight, this kid was made for rock ‘n’ roll.

Charlie Edward first made his debut in 2024 with an explosive single featuring a Grammy award winning group of producers and musicians. Since then, he has spent his time travelling the country and sharing the stage with acts such as Stone Temple Pilots, Greta Van Fleet, and Mötley Crüe.

Before his impressive first release in 2024, he had already been making significant waves in the industry, performing at renowned venues like Toronto’s Massey Hall and collaborating with some of rock’s biggest names. His unwavering dedication combined with his charisma and commanding stage presence, establishes him as a true powerhouse in a time when the world is starving for authentic talent.
 
 

ALL THINGS CHARLIE EDWARD

One Way Streets is a dynamic four-piece band of 18-year-olds from Southwestern Ontario, blending youthful energy with a passion for music that transcends genres. The band began as a duo in 2020 with Spencer Calhoun on drums and Hayden Carey on vocals and guitar. In September 2021, they recorded their first homemade album, The Void, showcasing their raw talent and creative spirit. Later that year, bassist Lincoln White joined the lineup, followed by lead guitarist Finn Toth in December 2023, completing the band’s current formation.

Drawing inspiration from a variety of genres—rock, punk, grunge, Midwest emo, alternative, and ballads—One Way Streets crafts a distinctive sound that’s uniquely their own. They’ve captivated audiences with performances at local bars, festivals in London and surrounding areas, and a standout appearance at the London Music Hall during a high school battle of the bands. In June 2024, One Way Streets made their Toronto debut, opening for DURRY at CMW, marking a major milestone in their journey.
 
The band is currently undergoing an exciting rebrand as they work with producer/writer Sam Willows on their highly anticipated new EP, set for release in 2025. This fresh chapter promises to amplify their distinctive sound and bring an even greater level of polish and creativity to their music.
 
As they continue to write, record, and perform, One Way Streets is poised to make waves in the alt-rock scene, bringing a fresh and youthful edge to Ontario’s music landscape and beyond.
